Crave-Worthy Burgers, Frozen Custard, Done Right

"Me and my family decided to go to Culver‘s is one of our favorite places to go. We usually order out but this time we decided to go in and eat as a family. It was a little bit packed in there because it was frontier days and our table was dirty. We asked someone to clean it and we were. Approached by Cesar he went above and beyond and came and cleaned. Our table for us was very nice was very polite. Did it with care and asked us if we needed anything else I thought it was so great. He needs to be recognized knowing that he is a good person and a good employee. This place is a good place because of him. I had a good experience will come back again and again come and check this place out.✌️🙏🤟👍🫶🏽🥊👏😇"

"Burger looked great until 2 bites in and it was a bit undercooked. After showing it to the front staff they replaced it quickly and apologized. I know things happen by accident and everything else went perfect just don't want to get ill when enjoying a meal. I would return here but maybe for just ice cream for a while."

"Good fast food with unique menu. Not boring like McDonalds, BK, or Wendy’s. Staff was super friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. Skylar (I believe) was very nice and funny, which made my day better. Overall quality food at a reasonable price with options you don’t find at most fast food burger places."

"Absolutely will not be back. Haven't been for a year, and drive by it twice a day. The food is great, if you get what you ordered, which is a literal coin toss. Half the time I went there, they got my order wrong, and mysteriously, it was always less than what I paid for. If you do get what you paid for, and it includes fries, they pay a guy to load your fries into the bag upside down, so the fries can't be removed unless the bag is actually upside down, otherwise you will just pull out the paper container, dumping your fries into the bag. Let's call that suboptimal when you are thinking you are going to eat your fries while they are hot on your way home. The deal killer for me was the last time I was there, a year ago, when I ordered two combos, and drove them 8 miles out of town, only to find that they didn't get me either of the two fries I should have gotten. Yes I called. Nothing came of it. 100% done. Will never go back. How good the mushroom swiss is is no match for the fact that they semi-reliably bungle everything else."

"My experience at this location was NOT good. The person at the counter would not answer my question about custard. My food was cold so I respectfully took it back to the counter and was treated poorly- the other food was slid toward me and the girl worker rolled her eyes at me. I mean I know that I used respectful words and tone and did not get the same back. Food is noy cheap so if i pay for food I think its OK for it to be warm and to taste good. The workers need to learn how to treat customers better"
